Usage Rights

Mindworks Creation own the copyright to the images displayed on this web site. By purchasing a fine art print from Mindworks Creation, you are granted a license to use the image for display in your home or business. You are not allowed to repurpose, capture, scan, alter, or in any other way create a duplicate or derivitive of this work. You are not allowed any promotional, advertising or other commercial use of this work. All copyrights are retained by the photographer of the image.

Should you wish to obtain commercial or other rights of the work, contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

Shipping

We ship our fine art photo prints worldwide using UPS. Because of U.S. government shipping restrictions, we cannot ship our prints to certain countries. When ordering, if you are able to select your country from the pull-down menu, then we will be able to ship to you.

International Delivery

Your shipping rates, fees and duties will depend on your delivery location. When we ship to your location, you will be responsible for import duties and customs fees, depending on your local customs office. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Our Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the print(s) you purchased from Mindworks Creation, for any reason, you can return the item(s) in the original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Sorry, but shipping and handling can not be refunded.

Simply contact us and let us know that you would like to return the print(s). You must include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will respond with an authorization and return shipping information. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. We are sorry, but Mindworks Creation can not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
