iOS App FAQ.
How can I get your App on my iPhone?
Mindworks Creation iOS App is available
on the App Store. You can access the App Store on your iPhone by clicking
on the App Store icon on your iPhone or through iTunes
on your computer (if you have an iPhone you must have iTunes installed
already.
Click on the link to download the
App directly from the App Store.
How often is the content of the iOS App updated?
Every time we do a photo shoot and produce interesting new images we will share them on the App. I can be everyday or every week but the updates happen very regularly.
What do I have to do to see the new content in the App?
When you start the App, it looks immediately for new content. You don't have to do anything, just
wait for the content to be downloaded.
Periodically we reconfigure the App
to add new galleries or new tabs. This is done automatically, the reconfiguration
will appear the next time you start the App and the new content will become
available to you. So if you don't see it immediately, quit and re launch
the App may trigger the reconfiguration.
The content of the App is not updated automatically?
The App contains a lot of images so
it takes some time to download the entire library of images. Give the App
enough time to download its content.
When a reconfiguration happens it
is a deep modification of the content and you need to quit the App and
re launch it to complete the reconfiguration.
What happens if I am offline and cannot have access to an Internet connection?
The App will gently tell you that you have no online access and the content cannot be updated. Everything that has been downloaded before will still be available for you to enjoy.
Can I use the nice pictures I see in the App on my iPhone?
You can share the news from the App on twitter or by e-mail with your friends but you cannot reuse the photos displayed in the App. If you are interested in licensing a photograph, most of our content is available, please contact us at info@mindworkscreation.com
I'm an artist, I like this App, could you do one for me to display my work?
We developed this App to share our work with our fans and clients. We believe that the user experience is much better with a native application on the iPhone than with a traditional web site.
