Atlanta Ballet October 6th, 2010
Yesterday an interesting assignment gave me a chance to attend the preview of Moulin Rouge the new show performed by the dancers of Atlanta Ballet.
Atlanta Ballet has a brand new facility and if you enjoy classical dance I have to admit that it’s pretty awesome.
The FACC French American Chamber of Commerce organized a business mixer and the event included a tour of the facility (you will see some photos of that) and a preview of the new show that will debut on October 22nd.
Atlanta Ballet Artistic Director John McFall gave a short overview about the company. After an introduction by Jorden Morris who choreographed the ballet, the dancers of the company performed the first act of the ballet.
Moulin Rouge will debut on October 22nd at the Cobb Energy Center.
